Piaget’s latest haute joaillerie and haute horlogerie collection is now on the market following its worldwide launch in Dubai, UAE, last week.
Called Secrets and Light, the new collection is inspired by two legendary cities on the Silk Route: Venice and Samarkand.
Piaget’s CEO Philippe Leopold Metzger was present at the launch, which took place on November 3 at the One&Only Royal Mirage.
Among the celebrities who attended the event were Paris Opera Ballet ballerina Dorothée Gilbert, photographer and director James Bort, businessman Richart Attias and his wife Cécilia, Egyptian actress Mona Zaki, Lebanese TV star Joelle Mardinian, lifestyle guru Zoya Sakr, American producer Carla DiBello, fashion bloggers Laura Badura and Natalia Shustova.
In addition, Piaget’s international clients and VIP guests from the region and abroad graced the occasion, which featured a spectacular performance by award-winning British-Lebanese singer Mika as one of its highlights.
The dinner was orchestrated by Michelin three-starred chef Yannick Alleno.
Over the course of the dinner, guests admired the new Piaget creations which were presented by models dressed by internationally renowned designer Elie Saab.
