Plans for a distinctive luxury residential project on Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, UAE, have been unveiled by Saudi-based Al Sharq Investment and Qatar’s Al Mana Global.
The Alef Residences will come up on a 46,840 sq m area of land at Palm Jumeirah, and will be serviced by W Dubai - The Palm, a world class resort and residential complex.
A joint venture between Al Sharq and Al Mana Global, the project strives to set new standards in the luxury lifestyle sector.
The Alef Residences are being built as a response to a distinct gap in the Dubai residential market, a need for quality on another level, leading to residences made from only the finest materials, delivering spacious and comfortable apartment living beyond the current industry expectations, says Al Sharq.
Inspired by the wadis and bastakiya, the development is rooted in Arabic traditions. The units of Alef Residences will be handed over in the second quarter of 2017.
Al Sharq said the Alef Residences will bring together a community of like-minded individuals, hailing from diverse cultures and destinations, specially designed to deliver a new sense of belonging.
"The materials used in the construction of the development have been meticulously sourced, including the finest timber, marble, stone, and bespoke finishes. The 104 homes, all with unique floor plans, are located across eight mansions featuring their own dedicated lobbies and private elevators, shared by only two apartments on each floor for the ultimate in discrete living," says a company spokesman.
A selection of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom luxury homes offer from 4,800 sq ft to 15,000 sq ft of spacious accommodation, with stunning floor to ceiling panoramic ocean and skyline views, large balconies and gardens, some even with their own pool.
"The pinnacle is reserved for two ultra-luxurious single penthouses and three duplex penthouses. The project has been uniquely tailored to cater for a diverse range of cultures with the top two floors just shell and core so owners can take advantage of world class interior designer partners to customise their apartments to their individual sense of style," he explains.
According to him, the contemporary and sophisticated residences are surrounded by a tropical landscaped garden and a 475-metre long white sandy beach - the largest private residential beachfront location in Dubai.
"The beachfront promenade will become a haven for relaxation and recreation, with private cabanas and a range of water sports. The residences will also boast an exclusive private members’ club; the Club 104, available to residents and select VIPs to unwind, socialise and dine," the company spokesman stated.
"In addition, residents will have VIP access to the W, its 24/7 concierge service and amenities, including six innovative dining destinations. Alternatively they can choose to relax in the comfort of their own home and take advantage of the in-residence catering service, ordering from a broad selection of W delicacies," he adds.
