A dazzling range of finished jewellery, luxury timepieces and precious stones will be on display at the five-day Jewellery Arabia 2015 exhibition, which opens in Bahrain tomorrow (November 24).
More than 600 companies from 30 nations are set to offer their finest creations at Jewellery Arabia 2015, the largest Jewellery and watch exhibition in the Middle East.
Now in its 24th successful year, Jewellery Arabia is held under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa. It will run until November 28 at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre.
The exhibition, which is 17 per cent bigger in size compared to the previous edition, is the largest in the 24-year history of the series, bringing even more high quality and fashion-led choices.
Jewellery Arabia will showcase world famous brands and unique designers from across the globe over an area of 21,000 sq m at the venue, which includes specially commissioned temporary halls. It is expected to draw more than 50,000 high-quality visitors from throughout the Gulf.
On sale will be exquisite jewellery, watches, antiques, objets d’art, jewellery packaging and technology from around the globe.
The five-day show will feature high-end international brands, independent designers, retailers and manufacturers from across the globe and national groups from leading jewellery export countries. They include delegations from Hong Kong, India, Italy, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Turkey, the UK and the US.
“Jewellery Arabia has evolved into the single most important jewellery and watch exhibition in the Middle East. Its reputation, size, quality of exhibits and sheer variety is unique in the region. The show is seen as an essential buying event for private collectors and the trade. Extraordinary designers choose Jewellery Arabia as their sole platform in the Middle East, whilst many more use the exhibition as an opportunity to showcase exclusive and new collections, says Fawzi Al Shehabi, director of sales and marketing, Arabian Exhibition Management, the show organiser.
Visitors can look forward to exclusive previews, inspiring trends, one-of-a-kind pieces and the opportunity to purchase from a wide choice of the finest jewellery from across the globe, he says.
