Saudi Arabia’s Alpha Star Aviation Services has launched a dedicated VVIP operator in response to market demand and with the goal of raising the bar for private aviation in the region.
Based in Riyadh, Sky Prime will initially operate with seven luxury aircraft including two Airbus A340s, An Airbus A320, a Gulfstream 550, a Gulfstream 450, and an Embraer Legacy 500.
Alpha Star, meanwhile, will continue to focus on serving the government and other services in the kingdom, its CEO Salim Al Muzaini said.
“We are honoured that for the last five years Alpha Star Aviation Services has accomplished extraordinary growth by providing private aviation services for all sectors,” he said, adding that a strategic decision was made in response to market demand to launch Sky Prime Aviation Services “to lead and control growth in high-end luxury private aviation services”.
Alpha Star, he continued, would continue to meet the demands of the government sector and continue to provide aircraft management, Medevac, engineering and technical support, programme management and airport management services.
Sky Prime aims to be a benchmark in the high-end luxury aviation business, he said.
“The new operator will strive to provide clients with an experience that not only meets their expectations but far exceeds them, and guests can expect the highest safety standards while they enjoy their luxurious journey,” he said.
Sky Prime will offer aircraft management, charter flights, maintenance and technical support, consultancy, aircraft project management and ground support services, backed by a team of experts that adopt best-practice procedures and maintain the highest safety standards.
