Dubai's Five has announced the sale of a penthouse at Five Luxe, JBR for AED75 million ($20.42 million).

Opening in 2023, Five Luxe will imbibe the authentic and unique Vibe at Five, famous for its bespoke entertainment and culinary offerings, said a statement.

The sale was facilitated by Tamara Getigezheva, CEO & Partner, Mira Estate.

Five Luxe, a prime beach property, boasts of 232 hotel rooms and suites, 212 lavish serviced residences, multiple culinary and nightlife venues, ReFive Spa and an iconic social pool.

The three-bedroom penthouse, which was sold at over AED5000 per sq ft was snapped up on the day of the launch of Five Luxe, it said.

The property has uninterrupted sweeping sunset sea-views and evenings filled with the glittering lights of the Dubai Eye.
