Christie’s International Real Estate UAE is to be the sole sales agent for three luxury residential towers on the rise at Al Habtoor City in Dubai UAE.
The agreement was signed today at Al Habtoor Group’s head office between Al Habtoor Group Vice-Chairman & CEO Mohammed K Al Habtoor and, Christie’s International Real Estate UAE CEO Brian Etemad in the presence of Al Habtoor Group Managing Director Maan Halabi,
Mohammed Al Habtoor said: “We are delighted to sign Christie’s as agent for the Residence Collection at Al Habtoor City. We look forward to welcoming home-owners and residents to this landmark development.

The three residential towers will embody exclusivity and style. They are named after Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor’s daughters - Noura, Amna and Meera - and comprise of deluxe apartments, lofts and penthouses ranging from 1-7 bedrooms.
Housed within two 74-storey towers and one 52-storey tower, the stylish apartments include 12 penthouses, three of which are VIP penthouses spread across four floors and offer the ultimate luxury experience complete with two top floors of private entertainment space.
Residents will have access to all Al Habtoor City’s first-class amenities which include the largest swimming pool podium in the UAE, a gym and luxury spa, signature restaurants, gourmet café and boutiques.

The St Regis Dubai opened to the public in the fourth quarter of last year while the W Dubai – Al Habtoor City and The Westin, Al Habtoor City will soon open.
