Renowned French jeweller Cartier had its share of fame at the opening night of the Cannes Film Festival in France when Jodie Foster and George Clooney’s wife Amal Clooney wore Cartier to the premiere of the Money Monster.

Directed by Foster, Money Monster is crime thriller starring Julia Roberts and Clooney.

Amal wore a Versace gown and dazzled in Cartier’s Etourdissant High Jewelry collection, which included earrings in platinum and white gold with coral beads, natural pearls, turquoise, onyx and diamonds and a matching bracelet, while Foster wore Cartier diamonds earrings and three diamonds bracelets.

Roberts meanwhile wowed the crowds in a black Armani Prive gown and a to-die-for Chopard necklace which featured a huge 52.76 carat emerald pendant set with 43.41 carats of diamonds and a matching ring.
