StandardAero of the US says its recent appointment of Jet Aviation Basel as a Rolls-Royce AE 3007A engine service centre will provide increased service and support to European business aviation operators flying Embraer Legacy 600/650 aircraft in the region.
“By establishing this agreement, StandardAero now has a service partner in the heart of Europe and we look forward to referring our Embraer Legacy 600/650 clients to the Jet Aviation Basel Maintenance Center,” said Kerry O’Sullivan, Vice President of Operations and General Manager of StandardAero’s Maryville, Tennessee MRO facility. “This not only makes valuable services available to operators who are based in Europe, it also gives operators who fly their Embraer Legacy 600/650 aircraft to Europe from North America the comfort of having a partner who can help support their services requirements.”
Jet Aviation is now StandardAero’s first and only European-based AE 3007A service centre. Both StandardAero and Jet Aviation are experiencing growing Embraer Legacy 600/650 flight activities in the European region.
“We are delighted to partner with StandardAero as their first and only AE 3007A service center in Europe,” said Johannes Turzer, Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Jet Aviation Basel Maintenance Center. “StandardAero shares our commitment to the highest standards of customer service and support and we look forward to welcoming the growing number of Embraer Legacy aircraft owners and operators in Europe to our facility in Basel.”
StandardAero is the only US-based AE 3007 Rolls-Royce Authorized Maintenance Center (AMC). StandardAero supports customers through a combination of fast turn-times, lowering engine operating costs and world-class customer support.
