A show apartment of the luxury Alef Residences has been unveiled offering potential buyers an insight into the luxury homes on offer at the project in Dubai, UAE.
Serviced by the world renowned W Dubai - The Palm, the residence is located on the west crescent of The Palm Jumeirah island and offer stunning floor-to-ceiling panoramic ocean and skyline views while setting a new industry benchmark in terms of size and quality, according to the developer, Al Sharq Investment.
The Alef Residences will combine classic design elements with contemporary appeal, with a design that provides a balance between space and intimacy, indoor and outdoor, privacy and social, light and dark.
The interiors will be fitted with some of the most internationally respected brands including Hansgrohe, Compac Spain, Marazzi Italy, and Listone Giordano.
Boasting the latest generation of Miele appliances, the kitchen’s lavish design also includes countertops and backsplash from Dekton, Spain, cabinetry from Poggenpohl, and walk-in wardrobes by Polliform.
With 104 unique floor plans this means no two living spaces are the same.
Architecturally, the structure is inspired by the wadis and bastakiya, and is rooted in the Arabic in which it was born, representing the first development under the Alef brand set to have a global reach starting in the Middle East.
Currently under construction, the residences are scheduled for handover in Q2 2017.
Mohamad Kafel, Interior Designer at The Alef Residences, comments: “The show apartment is merely the first exhibition of what The Alef Residences have to offer. Whether our residents are inspired by walnut veneered timber panels in their bedroom, or a choice between a free standing bath tub and rain shower in the morning before work, The Alef Residences ensures an ultra-luxurious finish to all aspects of the home. This is a project that we are incredibly passionate about, and we know our partners are too.”
A selection of two, three, four and five bedroom luxury homes offer from 4,800 to 15,000 sqft of spacious accommodation, with stunning floor-to-ceiling panoramic ocean and skyline views, large balconies and gardens, some even with their own pool. The pinnacle is reserved for two single penthouses and three duplex penthouses. The project has been uniquely tailored to cater for a diverse range of cultures with the top two floors just shell and core so owners can take advantage of world class interior designer partners to customise.
The residences are surrounded by a tropical landscaped garden and a 475- long white sandy beach - the largest private residential beachfront location in Dubai. The beachfront promenade will become a haven for relaxation and recreation, with private cabanas and a range of water sports.
The residences will also boast an exclusive private members’ club; the Club 104, available to residents and select VIPs to unwind, socialise and dine. In addition, residents will have VIP access to the W, its 24/7 concierge service and amenities, including six innovative dining destinations. Alternatively they can choose to relax in the comfort of their own home and take advantage of the in-residence catering service, ordering from a broad selection of W delicacies.
Al Sharq Investment brings together two of the region’s largest and most respected conglomerates. Qatar’s Al Mana Global and Saudi Arabia’s Al Sharq Group – in a partnership that strives to set new standards in the luxury lifestyle sector.
