ExecuJet Aviation Group is celebrating a triple win at the Bombardier Authorised Service Facility (ASF) Excellence Awards.
The company’s maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) facility in Dubai, UAE, was named Overall and International winner, and ExecuJet’s MRO at Essendon Airport in Melbourne, Australia, won Best Line Maintenance Facility.
Nick Weber, ExecuJet Maintenance Director – Middle East, says: “We are delighted our Dubai MRO has won the International category award for four years running and been named Overall Winner for the second year in a row. We are always looking to offer the best possible service to our customers.”
Grant Ingall, ExecuJet Maintenance Director – Australasia, adds: “We are so pleased our line maintenance facility in Melbourne has been recognised. The award is testament to the hard work and high levels of customer service we provide.”
In addition, Lufthansa Bombardier Aviation Services (LBAS) has won Best European Facility for its MRO at Berlin-Schoenefeld Airport in Germany. ExecuJet is a joint venture partner in LBAS.
The Bombardier ASF Excellence Awards are presented annually to Bombardier ASFs that deliver the best performance across a set of key elements focusing on quality, compliance, and customer influence.
ExecuJet Aviation Group is a leading third-party and independent MRO provider for business jets and globally supports a wide range of leading aircraft including Bombardier Learjet, Challenger and Global business jets.
The Bombardier ASF Excellence Awards are presented annually to Bombardier ASFs based on a set of 13 criteria including quality assurance, technical compliance and customer influence, as well as management and representative input. The ASF Excellence Awards are split into five categories: Overall, North America, Europe and International Authorised Service Facilities along with a best Line Maintenance Facility.
