Czech charter operator TimeAir has added a fourth Nextant 400XTi aircraft to its fleet.
“TimeAir was the first customer to operate the 400XTi in Europe. They have built an exceptional business with the 400XTi as the foundation of their management and charter program,” stated Jay Heublein, Executive Vice President for Nextant Aerospace.
“Martin Prazky, CEO of TimeAir, had the vision to recognise the value proposition that the 400XTi and the remanufactured aircraft model offers. Since taking delivery of its first 400XT in 2012, TimeAir has continued to expand their fleet and has been a key partner as the Nextant brand has grown in the European market,” Heublein continued.
“The 400XTi is an ideal aircraft for the European market,” stated Prazky. “The aircraft offers a great combination of cabin comfort, performance (range), and most importantly, operating economics. As a result of the exceptionally low operating costs, we are able to guarantee that our fixed costs associated with aircraft ownership are covered with the proceeds from charter utilization. The 400XTi has served us well in our business, and we look forward to the continued growth of this fleet for years to come.”
Founded in 2007, Nextant Aerospace is a Directional Aviation company based in the US. Nextant’s pioneering process for remanufacturing business jets is recognized as an established technical and commercial success worldwide with significant sales in every major operator category and class-leading levels of comfort, performance and reliability – all at a purchase price half that of comparable aircraft.
The 400XTi light jet features Williams FJ44-3AP engines and the Rockwell Collins Pro Line 21 integrated flight deck. The same winning combination will soon be available in the Nextant G90XT turboprop powered by next-generation GE H75-100 engines and introducing an enhanced Garmin G1000 integrated flight deck.
Since 2001, Time Air has been providing a versatile, high-quality air charter service from its base at Prague Ruzyně Airport. The company’s philosophy is “Feels Just Fine” – an expression of employees’ determination to give the highest possible standards of service in a style that is both personal and unfailingly discreet. Time Air holds Air Operator Certificate CZ-53 and Operation License CZ-53/L to operate commercial air flights. Both the certificate and license were issued in accordance with the EU standards and the company operates to the same rules as major European airliners.
