Akaer, a highly specialised Brazilian company dedicated to developing cutting-edge technological solutions and products for the aerospace and defense industry, will be exhibiting at the Paris Air Show that will take place from June 19 to June 25.
One of the largest trade fairs of its kind in the world, the Paris Air Show brings together key players in the global aerospace market.
With a focus on innovation and integration, Akaer offers a comprehensive range of solutions and services, including:
- Aircraft modernisation, large P2F conversions and system integration.
- Development and production of new civil and military aircraft and unmanned (UAV) systems.
- Special mission aircraft development and modifications for both fixed-wing and rotary-wing platforms.

- Armoured vehicle modernisation services.
- Development of optronics and laser-guided systems.
- Missile subsystem development and production.

News and updates
The company recently launched some new products and formalised partnerships with overseas companies for the development of aerospace and defense solutions.
Launches include Akaer’s new family of unmanned aerial systems, including the Albatross and Osprey, which are at different stages of development and conceptual maturity.
Another development is the completion of the flight testing of the 3UCAM nanosatellite camera, which is set to fly in the coming months on the Brazilian 6U VCUB Satellite being developed by Visiona.
Akaer is also involved in the Cascavel armored vehicle modernization program and in the development of aerospace solutions with funding provided by the state innovation and research company FINEP.
According to the event organizers, the last edition of the fair in 2019 was attended by 2,453 exhibiting companies from 49 countries, 304 official delegations from 98 countries and 140,000 visitors.
