Luxury apartments in a new development at Southwark Bridge Road in London have gone on sale to interested investors.
The Triple One Collection and The Select Ten apartments at Two Fifty One Southwark Bridge Road have been launched by Oakmayne Properties in conjunction with Lone Star.
These 42 apartments will be located between floors 31 and 36 of a mixed-use building which sits at the heart of the Elephant & Castle regeneration area in Zone One.
The Triple One Collection comprises a mixture of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments ranging from 621 sq ft to 1,617 sq ft, which are distinguished by their enhanced specification interiors and exceptional views across London’s skyline. Within this collection The Select Ten apartments are ten luxurious two-bedroom apartments, featuring larger winter gardens, additional upgraded specification with the best views across the London Cityscape.
The striking apartments with their enhanced specification will be setting a new level for quality and luxury in Elephant & Castle. Generous accommodation features Herringbone engineered oak flooring to the kitchen, living area and hallway and a European oak veneer front door. Many apartments include generous winter gardens, some of which measure over 350 sq ft, providing an enjoyable space to relax and unwind all year round.
The contemporary German engineered handleless Häcker kitchens feature crystal anthracite dark work surfaces, grey toned mirror splashbacks with concealed LED lighting. Integrated appliances by Siemens including a dishwasher, washing machine/tumble drier, oven and induction hob; microwave, wine cooler and fridge freezer complete the high quality kitchen.
The Select Ten apartments also include Miele integrated appliances, a kitchen island with exposed shelving inserts and a pendant light fitting above the dining area. In addition all Select Ten living areas include bespoke joinery with fitted sliding art panels and storage systems finished in brushed dark oaks.
Triple One Collection bathrooms feature Silver Verso Italian Porcelain wall and floor tiling (The Select Ten bathrooms are finished with Italian Grigio Tucci wall and floor tiles) with a wall hung toilet with dual flush facility by Grohe and semi recessed wash basin by Duravit. Kaldewei pressed steel bath, Gessi Italian brassware, Bisque chrome heated towel warmers and electric underfloor heating complete the luxurious bathroom suites. Bedrooms feature luxury carpeting and bespoke fitted wardrobes, some of which include an integrated media TV unit.
Martin Lent, Chief Executive of South Central Management, the development managers for Oakmayne Properties, said: “The Triple One Collection will set a new standard for luxury living in Elephant & Castle. The high specification interiors and exceptional resident facilities such as the state-of-the-art gymnasium, screening room, club room, dining room and a ‘get connected’ lounge will establish Two Fifty One as the new prime development in London.
The £3 billion regeneration of Elephant and Castle is being billed as a huge draw for investors who want to benefit from long-term capital growth.”
The 0.51 acre development consists of a striking 41 storey, 131-m tall, residential tower providing 335 apartments and penthouses and an eight storey, 35-m tall, office building providing 21,500 sq ft of accommodation, linked at ground level via a wi-fi enabled landscaped garden.
Instead of a conventional entrance, the development has a striking art gallery style foyer in the form of a double height “Greek influenced” colonnaded space bordered on one side by artwork and floor to ceiling glazing interspersed with feature colonnades, overlooking the resident’s garden.
Behind the concierge is the “get connected” lounge, a wi-fi enabled meeting and work area with bespoke lamps, artwork, cosy chairs, sofas and coffee tables, opening onto the garden. The garden provides connectivity to the lounge and coffee bar and has outside wedge shaped meeting and lounge areas, with statement planters, designed to echo the building’s wedge shaped winter gardens.
The amenity floor on the 3rd level of the residential tower has a residents only gymnasium, a Club Room kitchen and dining room which residents can use as a party/entertaining space; and a private 11 seater screening room. The screening room will have the latest available technology in the area to download new movies, sporting events and documentaries from the internet.
Two Fifty One is complete with two basement levels, accessed via car and bike lifts, providing 34 car, 411 bicycle and 44 motorbike parking bays.
Prices start from £655,000 ($850,000).
