Luxury Swiss watch brand Richard Mille has opened a new boutique in Porto Cervo in Italy to cater to the rich and famous who flock to the Italian seaside resort in Sardinia.
The new boutique is nestled in the Piazzetta, in the heart of the town.
Peter Harrison, CEO of Richard Mille Europe Middle East and Africa, says: “Sardinia is justifiably renowned as one of the most exclusive destinations in Europe. The blend of stunning beaches, excellent sailing and friendly people make it the ideal location to open a boutique.”
This dream location certainly inspired boutique designer Mélanie Tréton-Monceyron. The space manages, at one and the same time, to stand out and to blend in. The cream colours of its walls reflect the local stonework. The beige carpet is as inviting as a sandy beach. The cracked glass set against the silky softness of Sophie Mallebranche’s cream metal deflect the sunlight, creating a sense of depth within this private space.
The interior of the boutique includes the key elements of the new Richard Mille design concept. The main feature is an engraved three dimensional watch display just by the entrance. The boutique showcases a selected range of Richard Mille mens and ladies timepieces, from sports watches and high-performance tourbillons to limited and boutique only editions.
The new boutique is open 7 days a week from 10 am to 1 pm and from 6 pm to midnight.
