Embraer Executive Jets’ customer support has been voted the best in two key surveys released this month.
The Brazilian jet manufacturer revealed it has secured the first position for the second year in row at Pro Pilot magazine’s Corporate Aircraft Product Support Survey with 8.58 overall score – the highest one among manufacturers in 26 years of this research.
Embraer also soared to its first-ever solo No. 1 ranking in Aviation International News’ (AIN) 2016 Product Support Survey, receiving its highest-ever combined overall average (8.4 out of a possible 10) for new and pre-flown business jets.
According to AIN, Embraer’s rankings were bolstered by an 8.6 for authorised service centres (up from 7.5), 7.3 for cost of parts (from 7.0 last year), 9.0 for technical manuals (up from 8.5) and 9.0 for overall aircraft reliability (up from 8.6).”
AIN and Pro Pilot magazines, traditional aviation publications that conduct annual industry research, survey business aviation operators to evaluate their experience with products and services provided by aircraft manufacturers.
AIN’s annual Product Support Survey asks operators to evaluate aircraft, engines and avionics products they have had experience with during the previous 12 months. The survey is traditionally conducted in May and results are released in the August issue of Aviation International News. For the fifth consecutive year, Embraer proudly stands among the highest-ranked companies.
“Our commitment to providing the best customer experience in business aviation is proved by independents product support surveys,” said Marco Tulio Pellegrini, President and CEO, Embraer Executive Jets. “We are extremely glad for customers recognising our continued efforts, which only strengthens our promise to support them with the highest level of service.”
In just over a decade, Embraer has built a robust global network to support its worldwide customers and a fleet of over 1,000 business jets operating in more than 60 countries. The company continually anticipates and develops a variety of innovative services to improve its product support efforts.
Embraer is one of the world’s leading executive jet manufacturers, having entered the business aviation market in 2000 with the Legacy jet, which led to the launch of Embraer Executive Jets in 2005. Its portfolio, the broadest in the market, consists of the entry-level Phenom 100E and the Phenom 300 light jet, the Legacy 500 midsize and Legacy 450 mid-light, the super midsize Legacy 600 and large Legacy 650, and the ultra-large Lineage 1000E. With more than ten years in the market, Embraer Executive Jets’ global fleet exceeds 1,000 aircraft, which are in operation in more than 60 countries and are supported by the company’s global customer support and services network of 75 owned and authorised service centres, complemented by a 24/7 contact centre at its headquarters in Brazil.
