Diamon Watches London (DWL) is offering the only Audemars Piguet Royal Oak - UAE Edition (ref. 26613ST) on sale in the world right now.
Catering to the discerning tastes of watch enthusiasts and collectors seeking something rare and exceptionally cool, the watch is an extremely rare Royal Oak and is on sale for £400,000.
“Designed by Gerald Genta and launched in 1972, the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak revolutionised the luxury watch market. Singlehandedly creating the stainless steel sports watch trend and popularising integrated bracelets, special editions of this iconic variant tend to attract the attention of even the most seasoned watch collectors. This limited edition Royal Oak UAE ref. 26613ST sold out before being officially released," says DWL’s Danny Shahid.
Launched in 2020 as a collection of just 75 pieces and offered only to VIPs in the UAE, this rare Royal Oak model showcases Audemars Piguet's commitment to the country.
Featuring the Royal Oak’s signature “Grande Tappisserie” textured pattern, its perpetual calendar function quickly reveals itself through its trio of subdials and pointer date. While a stainless steel perpetual calendar Royal Oak would be special in its own right, AP took inspiration from the Yas Marina F1 Grand Prix circuit in Abu Dhabi to create its stunning turquoise dial.
"The Audemars Piguet Royal Oak UAE Edition ref. 26613ST is more than a watch; it is a reflection of history, innovation and the pursuit of excellence. This ultra rare model is a fusion of culture and modern horological mastery, catering to collectors and enthusiasts who appreciate both artistry and exclusivity," says Shahid.
DWL shop is in Mayfair’s exclusive Burlington Arcade, the home of luxury boutiques. DWL has more than 16 years’ experience in sourcing rare and big name watches, some of which are subject to lengthy waiting lists elsewhere. The luxury watch experts’ stock is constantly changing but it has immediate access to more than 100 exquisite models, most worth between £10,000 and £40,000 but some with a value of up to £1,000,000.
