Overmarine Groups will officially unveil the Delhaye Gregory Group (DGG) as its new partner for the GCC states at the Cannes Yachting Festival, which runs from September 6 to 11 in Cannes, France.
The Gulf has always been a reference market and one in which Overmarine’s Mangusta brand has been very successful.
Many Mangusta yachts, especially large ones, have been delivered to customers in this area over the past few years, both for cruising in home waters and itinerant between the Gulf and the Mediterranean. This has contributed to strengthening the Mangusta image, which is perceived locally, and indeed in the rest of the world, as being a brand of excellence, the Italian group says.
The GCC has a high concentration of wealth and is a strategic area for the Overmarine’s plans for future development.
In order to better implement these strategies, the group says it decided to join up with a “highly prestigious partner which knows both this area and high reference clients extremely well.
The DGG is a top supplier of luxury services in the UAE. Several companies are part of this group, ranging from Platinum Events, which organises exclusive events, to Maison des Fleurs, which creates top quality flower arrangements, and Vintage & Prestige Motors, selling vintage and luxury cars, as well as an auction house and photography studio.
“We’re extremely satisfied about our working relationship with the Delhaye Gregory Group,” states Maurizio Balducci, Overmarine Group Managing Director. “Its capillary network of connections and its entrepreneurial competence, combined with an in-depth knowledge of luxury and how best to approach Clients mean our products are here represented in the very best way possible.”
