Damac Properties has unveiled luxury “inverted” villas at the heart of its flagship golf course community, Akoya by Damac, in Dubai, UAE.
The XV Villas at Akoya offer “extraordinary sophistication” in design, with inverted floor plans that provide elevated views across the lake and golf course.
The villas feature living spaces on its first floor and which open to an infinity pool that flows to the ground-level pool. The contemporary villas offer a luxurious living experience and serenity in the golf community.
Damac Properties Managing Director Ziad El Chaar comments: “XV Villas at Akoya are for those investors who prefer distinctive homes that are out of the ordinary and command designs that combine creativity with practicality. The layout of the villas allow one to enjoy the spectacular and inviting views of the surrounding golf course while enjoying the swimming pool that cascades into a waterfall to the pool below. This layout revolutionises the functionality of the first floor of the villa and rather than being reserved for sleeping spaces, we wanted to think out of the box and fully leverage the magnificent views of the golf course in areas of the home that most time is spent in.”
“Today’s investors are very selective and demand homes that suit their lifestyle and offer the most convenience in a beautiful setting. We conceptualized this design after drawing on the key features that distinguish luxury properties from the rest and ensure they are put to maximum use. In XV Villas at Akoya, we have redesigned the villa as we know it and introduced a new concept and layout that investors will find attractive and exclusive, whilst enjoying green spaces and the tranquil sounds of nature.”
The XV villas were unveiled at the Cityscape Global 2016 exhibition in Dubai, which runs until tomorrow.
They are set within the impeccably-landscaped 18-hole, par 71 championship course designed by 2016 Olympic Games course architect Gil Hanse and will benefit from the community’s amenities including a 30,000-sq-ft clubhouse, luxurious spa and wellness facilities, luxury shopping and entertainment, world-class dining, an outdoor cinema, as well as schools and nurseries, among others.
During Cityscape Global, Damac Properties also announced four new project launches including The Residences at Aykon City and Aykon Hotel and Hotel Apartments at Aykon City, the new 4-bedroom ‘millennials’ Akoya Cuatro Villas, as well as the Akoya Imagine 2.0 3-bedroom villas.
