Italy’s luxury clothing house Kiton kicked off a partnership with Benetti at the 2016 Cannes Yachting Festival in France.
“The aim of the partnership is to devote increasing attention to our customers who have chosen a unique and exclusive lifestyle,” says Antonio De Matteis, CEO of Kiton. “Excellence and quality: these are the basic principles of our partnership of which I’m extremely proud. Benetti is a beacon of Italian excellence which perfectly matches our own values: a family-oriented atmosphere, innovation, style and quality.”
“The distinctive style of two ambassadors of Italian manufacturing excellence is ideally suited to this agreement which will accompany us in boat shows throughout the world and other spheres as well,” commented Fabio Ermetto, chief content officer of Benetti.
Under the partnership, Kiton’s tailors will be on hand for Benetti at upcoming boat shows in Monte Carlo, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Dubai, Singapore and Hong Kong until 2017, while customers of the Neapolitan fashion house will have privileged access to the world of Italian superyachts.
Benetti’s top clients will be given the opportunity to visits to Kiton’s premises in Naples and Milan while Kiton’s top clients will be able to visit “yachtique” lounges devoted as well as the Benetti boutique in Viareggio.
Kiton brand was created in Arzano, near Naples, by Ciro Paone in 1968. Men's and Women's collections are distributed through 52 worldwide monobrand stores. Last April, Kiton opened its first boutique in Tokyo which will be followed by the openings of a second store in Paris, a third in Moscow, another in Ho Chi Minh City and a new boutique inside Palazzo Kiton in Milan.
