Breitling has expanded its footprint in the UAE capital with a new boutique in Abu Dhabi Marina Mall.
The new 102 sq m boutique, located on the ground floor of Marina Mall, closest to the main entrance, is the latest retail space designed to incorporate the brand’s rich heritage with a relaxed and inclusive retail experience, the luxury watchmaker said.
Guests can also experience one of the first Spotlight Counters in the region, which displays Breitling’s latest women’s collection and allows customers to explore and try on different watches facing a large spotlight mirror.
Breitling’s modern-retro design values are brought to life through vintage decor and artwork, streamlined with contemporary design elements. Wall-mounted propellers, surfboards, bicycles, as well as unique artifacts guide visitors to explore the boutique’s air, land, and sea watches.
Upon entering the boutique is an eye-catching industrial window that showcases the view of Abu Dhabi’s iconic Corniche and the capital city’s skyline. Adjacent to the new Spotlight Counter is a large yellow grid panel stamped with a Breitling ‘B’ with a Breitling Watch Bar positioned in front of the panel, which includes leather bar stools that allow customers to comfortably try on watches.
Breitling CEO Georges Kern said: “We are thrilled to have opened a new boutique in Marina Mall Abu Dhabi with our modern-retro design which allows customers to really engage and immerse themselves in the brand. This boutique stands out as it features the Breitling Spotlight Counter, which provides a new experience for our customers in Abu Dhabi to explore women’s watches.“
Approachability and inclusiveness are two key drivers of Breitling’s unique boutique design concept. Evoking the sensation of a contemporary urban home allows customers to feel completely at ease and relaxed whilst exploring Breitling’s entire range. The extensive collection includes Breitling’s core offerings as well as the latest launches in Chronomat, Superocean and Endurance Pro.
Breitling is celebrating 140 years of its many incredible firsts, from breakthroughs in timekeeping for air, land, and sea, to milestones in sustainability.
