Swedish audio specialist Sennheiser’s new HE 1 high-end headphones is now available in the GCC and Middle East region.
Priced at €50,000 ($53,665), the HE 1 is in fact a headphone with a huge integrated amplifier attached to it. It offers an unprecedented audio experience, and succeeds the brand’s Orpheus headphones which was launched more than a quarter of a century ago.
Sennheiser says the electrostatic headphone system combines to provide the most innovative technology with carefully selected, luxurious materials and highest quality craftsmanship.
A team of Sennheiser experts spent almost a decade to create the new headphones.
Sennheiser co-CEO Daniel Sennheiser said: “With the HE 1 model, we once again push the boundaries and show that we can repeatedly set new benchmarks in excellence and with that shape the future of the audio world.”
“The Sennheiser HE 1 surpasses every other headphone system in the world by offering the ultimate in reproduction precision, exceptional spatiality and a frequency response that extends far beyond the range of human hearing ability,” he observed.
Andreas Sennheiser, co-CEO, Sennheiser, said: "The HE 1 is able to deceive our senses in a completely unique way, creating the perfect illusion of being directly immersed in the sound. Even the slightest nuances of the music become audible."
“The HE 1 stands for the innovative power of our company and our joint commitment to the pursuit of perfect sound,” he added.
