Marriott International has opened the Fes Marriott Hotel Jnan Palace, a new property under the signature Marriott Hotels brand located in the heart of the city of Fes.
The hotel represents Marriott’s entry into Morocco and Marriott International’s first property in the city, an exciting addition to Marriott Hotels’ growing portfolio of hotels in leading cities around the world. The property is ideal for business travellers and families on vacation looking for high quality and luxury stay with a range of amenities designed to evoke a feeling of warmth, elegance and luxury.
Fes Marriott Hotel Jnan Palace Hotel is distinguished by its luxury lifestyle offerings and prime location, expansive meeting facilities, and a selection of restaurants, set within an elegant environment and complete with efficient business services. The Fes Marriott boasts 244 guest rooms and 1,390 sq m of flexible meeting space.
The 244-unit property is highly convenient for business travellers for its versatile convention centre, the largest in the region of which can accommodate 1,300 guests. It’s an unmatched place to meet where accommodating venues and equally helpful planners can bring any groups unique ideas to life.

Located in the North East of Morocco, the city of Fes is often referred to as the country’s cultural capital. It’s primarily known for its Fes El Bali walled medina, with medieval Marinid architecture, vibrant souks and old-world atmosphere. The medina is home to religious schools such as the 14th-century Bou Inania and Al Attarine, both decorated with elaborate cedar carvings and ornate tile work.
In the hotel, three restaurants and four bars will be headlined by L’Herbier De L’Atlas: a Moroccan restaurant well known in the community to serve traditional local cuisine with identity and special dishes.
