Riccardo Pinna is the new Italian Sous Chef at the Azzurro restaurant in The Ritz-Carlton, Riyadh.
Chef Riccardo possess many years of expertise in the culinary field and enhances the hotel’s fine dining offering.
His portfolio includes successfully launching a five-star restaurant at the Villa Almarin in St Ingbert, Germany, as well a four-year stint at La Strada Restaurant and Café in Russia, which he ran with 20 chefs under his wing.
In his new role, he will lead the Azzurro team and update the menu to include the finest of dishes from across the various regions of Italy.
Azzurro presents expansive views of the five-star hotel’s stunning indoor pool on the ground level, which features garden views from the floor-to-ceiling windows that complement the phenomenal royal blue schemes of its interior design.
The restaurant’s setting is warm and graceful with blend of comfortable built-in sofas and chairs that offers the feel of intimate luxury.
