Premier apartment and townhouse at a flagship residence in “London’s coolest street” have gone on sale at prices ranging from £4 million to £25 million ($6.2 million to $39.14 million).
The premier apartments and penthouses are located at The Chilterns, a luxury residential development at 74-76 Chiltern Street in Marylebone W1, in the UK capital.
The project’s developers, Frogmore & Galliard Homes, boast that the residences are “the finest homes in London’s West End”.
The six premier and penthouse residences provide an abundance of lateral living space, large private roof gardens or balconies and benefit from outstanding five-star amenities.
Lifestyle facilities are planned to include a signature restaurant with in-room chef and dining, private gymnasium and sauna, private cinema, 21 basement wine cellars with wine tasting room, underground parking with valet, David Bailey lobby and 24-hour hotel style concierge.
Designed by world-renowned architects Squire & Partners, with specification and interior design by international designer Rabih Hage, The Chilterns has been nicknamed by local agents as the “One Hyde Park” of Marylebone.
The Chilterns provides 44 luxury residences for private sale within landmark architecture formed by a contemporary seven-storey glass and stone façade. Details include a striking stepped roofline, floor-to-ceiling windows with sun-shielding feature louvres, rooftop terraces and glass-fronted balconies.
The development is just off Marylebone High Street, overlooking the greenery of Paddington Street Gardens, and fronting onto Chiltern Street, the address of choice for celebrities, successful businesspeople, locals and socialites.

The initial collection of apartments were launched in October 2013 and rapidly sold off plan. Now with The Chilterns over 50 per cent build-complete, the developers have launched the six premier and penthouse residences.
THE PENTHOUSES
The two penthouses at The Chilterns are the finest luxury residences to be unveiled in Marylebone and the wider West End. The first, priced at £25 million, is a spectacular 7,566-sq-ft four-bedroom duplex penthouse located on the top two floors of the building providing 5,047sq ft of living space and 2,519 sq ft of private roof gardens, said to be the largest in the West End.
On the top floor of the duplex is a grand reception room over 1,000 sq ft in size and has a raised 3.8-m-high coffered ceiling and floor-to-ceiling windows.

THE PREMIER APARTMENTS
The four premier apartments are priced from £4 million to £7.85 million ($6.29 million to $12.29 million) and range from 1,503 sq ft up to 2,678 sq ft in size. These apartments have two or three bedrooms and all open onto private balconies providing up to 436 sq ft of space.
Each of these apartments has a large double reception room which can be arranged to provide living areas and a 12-seater capacity dining area. Premier apartment buyers have the option of acquiring a wine suite/cave and a parking bay.
SPECIFICATIONS
The premier and penthouse residences have been designed to the highest and most luxurious specification undertaken to date by Frogmore and Galliard Homes.
The reception rooms have generous ceiling heights, coffered ceilings with feature perimeter lighting, contemporary-style feature fireplaces, floor to ceiling glazing and hardwood or parquet flooring.

The premier and penthouse apartments have a state-of-the-art comfort air cooling and warming system throughout each residence and there is under-floor heating to all bathrooms and shower rooms.
FIVE-STAR LIFESTYLE
The premier and penthouse residents will have access to a range of five-star amenities including a signature restaurant, a 775-sq-ft private cinema that can seat up to 10 people, and a boutique gymnasium and sauna.
Within the basement is the wine storage and tasting facility containing 21 temperature controlled wine cellars/cabinets, each of which can store around 325 bottles.
The Chilterns also has the benefit of a 24-hour concierge which ensures that reception staff will take care of residents’ daily needs, from taxis, travel arrangements and theatre tickets to dry cleaning and shopping.
