Silver Arrows Marine is showing off its Arrow460-Granturismo Edition1 at a number of high-profile events this spring and summer.
The 14-m Mercedes-styled yacht is nicknamed Silver Arrows of the Seas, after a Mercedes race car called the "Silver Arrow" built in the 1930s.
Launched at last year’s Monaco Boat Show, each luxury motor yacht costs around $2.7 million. Just 10 of the Edition 1 models are being built, making them extremely rare.
The events start from the Monaco Formula 1 Grand Prix (May 25-28) when, as Mercedes cars vie for the lead on the track, the first Silver Arrows of the Seas will be in pole position in the harbour welcoming guests to try out its uniqueness in design, comfort, exclusive material, technical solutions and performance, thrills of a very different kind.
Silver Arrows Marine Chief Executive Officer Jacopo Spadolini said: “It gives me great pleasure to confirm our participation at so many of the world’s top events. It seems that people just can’t get enough of such a beautiful and innovative yacht, and the special story we have to tell about its creation.”
At last month’s Palm Beach International Boat Show in the US, Silver Arrows Marine partnered with the My Yacht Group aboard a superyacht for an informal presentation about what makes the acclaimed Mercedes-Benz Style-designed 14-m motor yacht so special.
My Yacht Group is renowned for “connecting the world’s most interesting people” by arranging luxury hospitality for small groups on board private superyachts at premier international sporting, social and artistic events.
Silver Arrows Marine will again be partnering My Yacht Group on board a superyacht for the Monaco F1 Grand Prix, as well as being able to offer invited guests the “Granturismo experience” at Silver Arrows Marine’s home port.
This innovative concept takes guests on a Granturismo journey, on land by Mercedes-Benz cars and on sea by the motor yacht, which has been designed to be the marine cousin of the Mercedes-Benz family of luxury automobiles.
It is a day seduced by luxury, innovation and craftsmanship.
Silver Arrows Marine believes that experiential days like this are a key ingredient in the one-to-one relationships the company establishes with customers before, during and after a yacht’s commissioning and delivery.
Other key events in the South of France where Arrow460-Granturismo will be present this year include the Cannes International Film Festival, the exclusive Jumping International de Monte-Carlo event, the Cannes Yacht Festival, and the Monaco Yacht Show.
The Arrow460-Granturismo’s Edition 1 will be limited to 10 models and can only be ordered direct from Silver Arrows Marine.
Silver Arrows Marine builds innovative luxury motor yachts whose unique design purity captures the sporting elegance of Mercedes-Benz automobiles. Working in collaboration with Mercedes-Benz Style and some of the world's foremost marine architects and suppliers, the first Arrow460-Granturismo introduces a completely new way of looking at, and living with, a 14m motor yacht, with its abundance of light, space and hi-tech functionality. Silver Arrows Marine is a UK registered company whose yachts are only available through its sales subsidiary, Silver Arrows Marine (Monaco).
