Saudi property developer Cayan Group had a successful showing at the World Luxury Expo in Riyadh.
Throughout the exhibition, there was immense interest, inquiries, and sales at the Cayan stand which was frequented by visitors and celebrities on all three days.
During the exhibition, which ran from May 3 to 5 at The Ritz-Carlton, Riyadh, Cayan featured property developments in both Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
The star of the featured developments was the 1-million-sq-m Samaya, in Riyadh, which recorded impressive sales.
Also, the CMC office tower in Riyadh, which went on sale for the first time, received enormous interest by corporate companies thanks to its strategic location on King Fahad Road, while the iconic Cayan Cantara in Dubai – the first project operated by Rotana for sale - also recorded magnificent sales.
“Our stand was very well received by the visitors at the exhibition. We are thrilled to have achieved amazing sales during the expo where customers availed the guaranteed 8 per cent annual returns which Cayan Cantara offers, as well, the high interest shown in the CMC project which went on sale for the first time. We also maximised our participation by networking with like-minded ultra-luxurious brands on possible future joint ventures and walked away with some potential leads that could materialize. All in all, it was a very successful participation for us,’’ commented Ahmed Alhatti, Chairman of Cayan Group.
At the event, Cayan also organised a charity drive at its stand in collaboration with the Patients’ Friends charitable association. The activity featured a board inviting visitors to mark their signature on, and against every signature received, a monetary amount was contributed through the Cayan Foundation.
The initiative was also supported by HRH Prince Turki bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, who placed his signature on the board, as well as Saudi football legend Sami Aljaber.
The World Luxury Expo is a platform for ultra-luxury brands to showcase their products and services to an elite audience.
