Sales of apartments and townhouses at a luxury tower in Qatar are to be launched next week.
The 31-storey Burj Damac Seaviews features luxury furnished and serviced apartments and townhouses and is ideally located at the beachfront in Lusail City, according to the developer Damac Properties.
Elegantly designed, the décor of each room will allow people to relax in the lap of luxury, while the two-bedroom townhouses facing the sea side will provide private access to the seashore, it says.
Prices of the apartments start at QR2.5 million ($686,000).
Located in the prestigious Marina District of Lusail City, the tower represents an ideal investment destination, the developer adds.
Niall McLoughlin, Senior Vice President, Damac Properties said: “Lusail City represents the centre of Qatar’s future. From this point, we are bringing to the country yet another development that will raise the bar of its hospitality sector. In addition to the premium location and spectacular sea views this project offers, investors can enjoy the option to become part of our rental pool. This means that they can earn rental income from their property when they are not staying there themselves.”
