The Campbell Gray & Campbell Gray Living Amman project has won three awards at the Africa & Arabia Property Awards 2017-2018, one of the most prestigious industry events in the region. 

Developed by Al Seraje Real Estate, the development won awards for Mixed Use Development – Jordan, Residential High-Rise Architecture Jordan, and Interior Design Apartment Jordan.

The awards will be presented at The J W Marriott Marquis Hotel in Dubai on September 7. 

The Africa & Arabia Awards are part of the International Property Awards that include the regions of Africa, Arabia, Europe, The Americas and the UK. 

The awards celebrate the very best projects and professionals in the industry. Companies receive awards for categories ranging across property development, real estate, interior design and architecture categories.

The highest scoring five-star winners from each category of these awards will be automatically put forward for rejudging against the five-star winners in other regions of the world. 

Winners will be announced at The International Awards ceremony, which will be held at the Savoy Hotel in London on the December 4.

The Campbell Gray & Campbell Gray Living Amman development is located in Jordan’s new downtown district of Abdali, Amman. 

The landmark development includes a five-star hotel (Campbell Gray) and a residential, retail and office complex (Campbell Gray Living). 

The architectural design comprises two seemingly identical towers, which form a mirror image of each other. Landscaped rooftops provide green spaces, which take advantage of Amman’s unique climate. 

Each apartment is designed in a classic, contemporary style, using materials of the highest calibre and branded products.

The awards will also play host to the IPAX Africa & Arabia exhibition on September 7. Top industry suppliers will be on hand to showcase their products and services, whilst delegates can network with the very best industry CEOs, Managing Directors and decision makers within the Africa & Arabia area.
