A yachting enthusiast has made his fourth consecutive purchase from Gulf Craft, a sleek Majesty 155 superyacht christened Sehamia.
The Majesty 155 was named ‘Best Asian-Built Yacht’ at this year’s Asia Boating Awards for blending fine finishes with first-rate seagoing performance.
“Each yacht I’ve bought from Gulf Craft has been a joy to own. The build quality is outstanding and clients are treated with the utmost consideration. Working with the team to customise the Majesty 155 was a pleasure – I had different choices of luxurious materials and layout options to choose from. I’m delighted with the personalised purchase and look forward to many happy days that my family and friends will spend cruising on the superyacht,” said the owner.
“The magnificent Majesty 155 merges powerful engineering and exceptional comfort and craftsmanship. It’s a floating palace for refined, discerning owners who expect the same level of luxury on the ocean as they experience on land,” said Gulf Craft’s Chief Executive Officer Erwin Bamps.
“Gulf Craft’s product range has been growing in line with the personal success of our brand loyal clientele. Our trade-in policy offers existing Gulf Craft yacht owners a cost-effective upgrade possibility in their aspirations for ever further horizons,” he continued.
The Majesty 155 incorporates state-of-the-art technology, with the main structure built in advanced composites.
Powered by twin 2,011-hp MTU engines, rated for unrestricted continuous operation, the superyacht also has two 125-kW generators and a generous fuel capacity of 15,260 gallons (57,770 litres).
At 156 feet (47.6 m) long, the Majesty 155 is Gulf Craft’s largest completed model to date, with a beam of 31ft 6 in (9.6 m).
Its top speed is 17.5 knots, while it can cruise at 14 knots.
Sehamia has a range of over 4,200 nautical miles at an economical speed of 11 knots.
The Majesty 155’s eight staterooms sleep up to 18 people, while its five crew cabins can accommodate nine. The owner’s stateroom is situated on the upper deck, in contrast to its location in its predecessor on the superyacht’s main deck.
Each room epitomises elegance and style. Generous entertaining spaces on deck and below will please sun lovers and shade seekers alike, while the well-proportioned sleeping quarters offer privacy in opulent surroundings.
PREMIUM FINISHES
The Majesty 155 features exquisite interior detailing, luxurious materials and premium-branded appliances and entertainment technology. Curly maple veneer has been used extensively, while an expensive variety of marble, Statuario White, can be found in the owners’ cabin. Counters, splashbacks and tabletops in a kaleidoscope of colours are made from glistening precious and semi-precious stones including amethyst, onyx, chrysoprase, jasper, and lapis lazuli.
The galley is fitted with Miele appliances and Franke accessories, while the superyacht benefits from Bang & Olufsen television and entertainment systems. Washrooms feature stylish Dornbracht faucets.
