Italian yacht builder Baglietto has delivered a 48-m yacht named Andiamo and the new yacht left the yard on time last week for the first cruise with her happy owner.
This high quality megayacht signed by Francesco Paszkowski Design features amazing volumes especially in the outdoor areas, in particular on the sun deck where a huge custom made pool is located.
Interiors offer a custom designed six-cabin layout especially required by the owner.
"Andiamo is the perfect example of the Baglietto's high quality construction standards,” says Baglietto CEO Michele Gavino. “We worked with the owner to deliver the yacht he wished for. The amazing living spaces and the six-cabin interiors makes her the perfect vessel for long cruises with family and friends.
“We are very proud, as this delivery comes at the end of a very busy period for the shipyard both in terms of production and sales.”
Andiamo is the third delivery for Baglietto over the last six months, and comes after the sale delivery of the most popular Lucky Me and the launch and delivery of the first model of MV19 named Ridoc.
Baglietto has just announced the sale of a brand new 54-m project for an American owner.
Andiamo and Ridoc will be among the protagonists of the next boat show season.
A second 48-m is currently under construction at the Baglietto facility to be delivered next year as well as a 43-m fast and a 55-m long-range vessel available in 2019.
Based in La Spezia, Baglietto specializes in the construction of new planing aluminium light alloy yachts ranging between 35 and 50 m in length and steel and light aluminium alloy displacement mega-yachts above 40 m.
The company’s activities include world-class ship repair and refitting services, as well as the construction, under the Baglietto Navy brand, of military crafts - the seagull brand’s traditional business.
Extending over a more-than-35,000-sq-m area overlooking the Gulf of the Poets, a strategic area for mega-yacht traffic in the Tyrrhenian sea, the shipyard recently completed an extensive reconstruction project that involved both its manufacturing and commercial facilities.
