Premier real estate projects in the Gulf, Middle East and Europe have gone on show at a major real estate exhibition in Dubai, UAE.
As many as 300 local and international exhibitors are showcasing their flagship projects Cityscape Global, which opened today at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
With on-site sales permitted for the first time for all UAE-based projects, a host of special offers and deals have been created by local and international developers vying for investor attention.
Attractive offers and new launches are expected from Aldar Properties, Azizi Developers, Binghatti Developers, Damac, Deyaar Development, Dubai Properties, Jumeirah Golf Estates, Meydan Group, Nakheel and Union Properties.
UAE real estate developer Imkan has identified the event as the ideal platform to launch Makers District, a 118-hectare waterfront community on Reem Island, Abu Dhabi, offering residential, hospitality, commercial and retail space.
Walid El Hindi, Chief Executive Officer at Imkan, said: “The Makers District development epitomises our approach to creating soulful places that enrich people’s lives, and we’ve chosen Cityscape Global to launch it. Cityscape will also be the opportunity for people to learn more about Imkan and our pioneering research-driven approach to building new communities.”
Turkish developer Garanti Koza Holding is returning to Cityscape Global with two new projects: Sofia Square, an innovative mixed-use development featuring the first artificial lake ever made in Bulgaria; and SwissOtel, a 50-storey 5-star hotel and serviced apartments located at Istanbul’s fast-growing Esenyurt district, Koza Park.

Cityscape Global’s conference, which concluded yesterday, welcomed around 1,500 delegates who heard from prominent speakers including Marwan Bin Ghalita, CEO of Dubai Land Department and Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Marjan Faraidooni, Senior Vice President, Legacy Development and Impact, Expo 2020, Craig Plumb, Head of Research, JLL MENA, and Wesam Lootah, CEO, Smart Dubai Government.
