A collection of 291 luxury townhouses and villas at Jumeirah Golf Estates has gone on sale at prices starting from AED2.3 million ($630,000).
The AED1billion ($272 million) project is being developed by Jumeirah Luxury Living, a joint venture between Jumeirah Golf Estates and Luxury Living Investments.
Called Jumeirah Luxury, the collection of villas and townhouses is under construction and scheduled for completion in 2019.
Featuring smart home and sustainable technology, the Jumeirah Luxury comprises 195 three and four-bedroom townhouses and 96 three and five-bedroom attached villas, offering views of the Greg Norman-designed Fire championship golf course.
The villas and townhouses feature clean lines and natural earth tones, with the simple and minimalist interiors blending with the surrounding environment to create a synergy of indoor/outdoor living.
Large gardens can include a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, outside kitchens, barbeque areas and outdoor spa facilities as well as roof terraces.
Customers will be able to create bespoke homes, and customise the design, interiors, and layout to their tastes and requirements. An example of this is the option to combine three villas into an independent mansion.
Each home has been designed to ensure a smart, secure and sustainable environment. Technological features are managed via an App, with Bluetooth locks that can be controlled remotely, automation systems, energy optimisation, smart cooling and heating.
Outside, the gardens are equipped with solar power and smart irrigation systems that regulate heat and moisture levels.
Other sustainable features include carports, waste water technologies and organic waste management and ecologically sourced furniture.
Fire safety and security are also well, with the option of real time surveillance, light sensors, panic buttons and direct contact with the police and fire department in the event of an emergency.
Lifestyle facilities include communal 'gardens of the world', themed around countries from all corners of the world, a central square, areas for an open gym and children's play and a community centre offering a convenience store, restaurant, delicatessen, and spa.
In addition, residents will have access to the world-class amenities of Jumeirah Golf Estates, including the Earth and Fire championship golf courses, dining options, health and wellbeing facilities, and a golf pro shop.
Yousuf Kazim, CEO of Jumeirah Golf Estates said: "As a sought-after destination, people choose Jumeirah Golf Estates for its sophisticated yet comfortable indoor and outdoor living options, functional layouts, and impressive community features – whether within the mid-market price point, or something more lavish. We have gone from strength to strength with the communities launched so far, and this one will be no different.”
Walid AlDawy, CEO of Luxury Living Investments, said: "I have launched many fantastic Real Estate developments worldwide, “Jumeriah Luxury” is by far one of the best developments I have been involved with. A great blend of the elements Earth and Fire, great orientation and amazing setting.
Set across 375 hectares in the heart of new Dubai, 75 per cent of the Jumeirah Golf Estates is made up of lush green landscaping, with lakes and nature strips throughout. The community is the 16th to launch at the destination, where residents are incredibly well-connected.
Jumeirah Golf Estates will host the DP World Tour Championship from November 16 to 19 for the ninth time.
