A new boutique hotel with suites fit for a sultan has opened its doors within the Qasr Al Sultan heritage desert destination in Dubai.
The Qasr Al Sultan Boutique Hotel combines palatial luxury with a style of architecture and décor inspired by the region’s ancient sultans, according to Dubai Gourmet, the project’s developer.
Each of the 12 Royal Suites cover an area of 100 sq m and have their own private jacuzzi and garden, providing residents and visitors to the UAE with a unique experience under the desert night sky.
Distinctive and traditional, the boutique hotel is a stone’s throw from all the attractions of the Qasr Al Sultan, which opened in February this year.
Qasr Al Sultan features an amphitheatre with a dining area, performance area and live cooking stations. Other facilities include a souq, shisha tent, kids club, private majlises, lounge and library.
Abdin Nasralla, Chief Executive Officer, Dubai Gourmet, said: “Since we first launched Qasr Al Sultan in February, our guests have been captivated by the experiences we’ve created, ensuring that the destination has become a place full of novelty and intrigue for residents and visitors to the UAE. We’re delighted to be expanding Qasr Al Sultan through the Qasr Al Sultan Boutique Hotel, and the Royal Suites we’ve created will add another layer to our cultural offering, which is inspired by traditions that have not just shaped our customs but also our cuisine, art, attire, and lifestyle.”
The boutique hotel features natural elements taken from the Dubai landscape, and an interior style designed to create a comfortable and relaxing ambiance.
Privacy is at the forefront of the design, with suites boasting exclusive entrances, parking and a private garden for guests to bask in the sun.
Guests will also be able to take advantage of room service and a personal butler that will be available on request to cater to their every need.
Other facilities incorporated in each suite include a plush majlis seating area, and a study complete with writing desk for reflecting on days gone by. Through the Sultan’s Conference Room, the hotel is equipped to accommodate corporate events, with conferencing facilities that can host up to 50 delegates, including a pre-function area and high-speed internet.
Conveniently located and accessible from both Dubai and Abu Dhabi, the hotel is just a short drive from Dubai World Central’s Al Maktoum International Airport.
