The business aviation market in Saudi Arabia and the rest of the region comes under the spotlight this Wednesday at a conference in Jeddah.
The MEBAA Conference Jeddah will take place at the Hilton hotel and will kick off with a networking reception the evening of October 3, followed by the conference on October 4.
Organised by the Middle East and North Africa Business Aviation Association (MEBAA), the event will bring together business aviation industry leaders to discuss the market in an interactive, informative one-day conference.
Opening remarks will be followed by a keynote address from the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) of Saudi Arabia.
Panel discussions will focus on Market outlook and developments since May 2016, presented by Abdul Rahman Charafeddin, Global Sales Director, UAS International Trip Support; “Business aviation growth, profitability, and competitiveness” and “Recruiting and training business aviation professionals in Saudi Arabia” among others.
“Saudi Arabia is a key part of the business aviation market in the Middle East region,” says Ali Al Naqbi, MEBAA’s Founding & Executive Chairman MEBAA. “MEBAA is thrilled to be able to return to Jeddah for another edition of the MEBAA Conference, and to be able to bring this opportunity to our members here.”
The speakers and panellists leading the discussions and sharing their experiences include representatives of key regional industry players, including Willis Saudi Arabia Company Ltd, NasJet Private Aviation Services, Saudi Aramco Aviation Department, among others.
The conference will also features four dedicated round table discussions examining key issues in business aviation: maintenance and cost control; implementing regulations to private owned aircrafts; flight support and ground control; and risk management.
In addition to the evening reception on October 3, there will also be networking opportunities throughout the conference on October 4.
