Dubai Hills Estate, a green oasis located centrally in Dubai, has unveiled its premium Club Villas collection that offers an upscale lifestyle within a world-class golf course community.
A joint venture between leading developers Emaar and Meraas Holding, Dubai Hills Estate is an 11-million-sq-m master-planned mixed-use development with a series of unique neighbourhoods set around an 18-hole championship golf course.
The Club Villas at Dubai Hills stand out for their superb architecture, spacious layout and prime location in Dubai Hills Estate, with the homes offering soothing green views of the prestigious golf course community.
It provides residents the ease of accessing the 18-hole championship golf course, driving range and club house facilities via a short golf cart drive, said a statement from Emaar Properties which is gearing up for the sale of Club Villas at Dubai Hills on November 22.
With a limited collection of three- and four-bedroom residences in five options of façade styles, the new development is highlighted by an architectural aesthetic of the highest standard.
Distinctively simple yet strikingly sophisticated, all townhouse villas are contemporary in their make, scale and character. Each villa will have a rooftop terrace providing luscious green views of open landscaped spaces, creating an area with stunning vistas for entertaining and dining, it stated.
Set near the golf club house to feature a diverse selection of restaurants and leisure choices, Club Villas at Dubai Hills is also near a community centre with swimming pool and play areas. A combination of lawn and desert play spaces assure an active outdoor lifestyle, it added.
Ahmad Al Matrooshi, the managing director of Emaar Properties, said: "As the pioneer of golf course communities in Dubai, we have proven experience in creating and delivering stylish and elegant residential destinations that are preferred by discerning customers.
"Club Villas at Dubai Hills is for those who value a luxurious and golf-oriented lifestyle. Our vision is to create an exceptional lifestyle environment that maximises the benefits of living next door to a championship golf course through superbly designed homes," he stated.
According to him, each residence in Club Villas at Dubai Hills has been thoughtfully designed with a spacious living room, lounge/entertainment area, dining area, covered terraces, garden area and parking garages.
There are only 144 villas in all, of which 98 are three-bedroom, with an average built-up area of 272 sq m, and 46 are four-bedroom villas, with average built-up area of 312 sq m, he noted.
In addition to the leisurely golf course lifestyle, residents in Club Villas at Dubai Hills can access the modern Dubai Hills Mall, a regional retail and leisure destination scheduled to open late-2019 with more than 750 outlets including an array of ‘fast fashion’ retail stores, restaurants and cafés, explained Al Matrooshi.
The mall will feature four major family entertainment and leisure centres including a cineplex, hypermarket, seven anchor retail experience stores, and dedicated parking spaces for over 7,000 vehicles, it stated.
Easily accessible from the Dubai International Airport and Al Maktoum International Airport, Dubai Hills Estate community will also benefit from attractions like a 2-km jogging track, art installations, fountains, water features, infinity pools and shaded reading gardens.
Residents will be in walking distance of two world-class hotels, leading schools, healthcare centres, and a 7-km boulevard with innovative leisure, retail and dining choices, said the statement from Emaar.
