Ahmed Seddiqi & Sons, a leading retailer of luxury watches and jewellery in the Middle East, has welcomed renowned Franco-Swiss watchmaker Bell & Ross to its portfolio of luxury timepieces.
Visitors to Ahmed Seddiqi & Sons boutiques in Mall of the Emirates and The Dubai Mall can view and purchase Bell & Ross’s most desired watches, including the brand’s latest Baselworld novelties.
Known for is precision, functionality, legibility and water-resistance, Bell & Ross has become a benchmark in the world of professional aviation watchmaking, often drawing on the history of aviation and the military specifications accompanying it.
Bell & Ross timepieces focus on four core values -- great water resistance, precise movements, visual indicators and extraordinary functions. The art and craftsmanship in the minute specifications, and technical precision expressed through pure lines and timeless elegance is what sets Bell & Ross timepieces apart from others, said a spokesperson.
Ahmed Seddiqi & Sons will showcase a range of Bell & Ross watches including those from the brand’s 2018 novelties, which highlight three key themes – Pilot, Racer, and Diver.
The Pilot: Exploring a new adventure, the Vintage V1-92 and V2-94 Racing Bird timepieces were inspired by the BR-BIRD, the conceptual avant-garde racing plane designed by Bell & Ross’ studio.
The Racer: As part of its partnership with Renault Formula One Team, Bell & Ross unveiled the BR R.S. 18 collection. These three high-performance chronographs take inspiration from one of Formula One’s key component – the chassis.
The Diver: Set to make waves, the square diving watch from Bell & Ross has become a coveted collection in its own right. The BR03-92 Diver comes in two new colours – blue and bronze – evoking the colours of the sea and underwater exploration.
The Women: Offering the wearer a tiny slice of the Milky Way to adorn the wrist, the BR S Diamond Eagle collection is inspired by the celestial sphere. Covered with a host of sparkling diamonds, the elegant timepiece family features four colours: blue, white, grey and pink, colours that evoke the heavens.
Concept & High-End Complications: The BR-X1 Skeleton Tourbillon Sapphire timepieces are a display of remarkable creativity and pioneering inclination, demonstrating that high-end luxury and digital can combine perfectly. The collection underscores the bold creativity of Bell & Ross (unique piece with unique colour available upon request)
In addition to the brand’s Baselworld novelties, Ahmed Seddiqi & Sons will also retail Bell & Ross Vintage, Instruments and Experimental collections. With modern designs, the Vintage collections are a tribute to the evolution of the watch in civil and military aviation, whilst the Instruments collections build on the simple idea of taking an edged clock from the cockpit of an airplane and adapting it to the scale of a wrist, such as the iconic BR 01.
Commenting on the latest addition to their portfolio, Mohammed Abdulmagied Seddiqi, chief commercial officer, Seddiqi Holding, said: “Ahmed Seddiqi & Sons is proud to announce the addition of Bell & Ross timepieces to its portfolio. Bell & Ross draws its inspiration from the history of aviation and the military specifications that accompany it. Each timepiece is a combination of expertise, know-how and design driven by Swiss-made function. We are confident that this iconic brand will appeal to our customers, allowing us to offer yet another expression of innovative and exceptional watchmaking.”
