A spectrum of exceptional jewellery collections is on display at the ‘Jewellery Salon’ Exhibition, which opened in Jeddah yesterday (April 8).
The 10th edition of the show, organised by Sunaidi Expo, was opened by Princess Latifa bint Saad Bin Abdelaziz Al Saud. The fair will run for four days (until April 11) at the Jeddah Hilton.
The show will move to Riyadh from April 15 to 18 and will be held at the Faisaliyah hotel under the Patronage of Prince Sultan Bin Saud Bin Mohammad Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
The premier trade fair is participated by around 50 companies from across the world, including the US, Lebanon, India, Bahrain, Italy, the UAE, Japan, France, Switzerland, Turkey and Saudi Arabia.
Jewellery Salon 2019 features finished jewellery products from premier brands, antique jewellery and new designer brands.
This year’s event’s CSR strategy is to focus on empowering Saudi women and as part of it, the organisers have invited 10 of the most influential Saudi women and provided them with a platform to share their stories of success. In addition to these, they also have asked the nation’s top female jewellers to participate in the exhibition.
Haya Al-Sunaidi, chairman of Sunaidi Expo, thanked Princess Latifa bint Saad Bin Abdelaziz for her support and opening the exhibition.
She said: “Besides being a major platform for Saudi Arabia and the region's gold, jewellery and watches trade, the show has become an increasingly attractive destination for leading international companies, brands, traders and designers seeking to enhance their presence in the region.”
The exhibition is open from 4 pm to 10 pm daily.
