Villa Eden Gardone is located in a 78,000-sq-m park which is adorned with olive trees. Each of the villas have high quality furnishings including air-conditioning, fireplace and an alarm system. 

The architects have individually designed each of the luxury villas, which sit at different levels, to the highest of standards.

In the centre of the ensemble is the clubhouse with its five apartments created by Milanese architect Thun. Its services include a wellness centre with a spa and a beauty farm and a restaurant with a wine cellar, a library with a cigar room and a terrace with breathtaking panoramic vistas. 

Offering exclusivity and privacy, the complex has 24-hour security, gardener service, cleaning and laundry service, concierge, child care and a putting green. The landscape design is created by renowned garden designer Enzo Eneo. Located on the south-western coast of Lake Garda, the resort is close to two well-known golf courses, Garda Golf and Bogliaco.

Gardone Riviera is an exclusive destination that has been famous since the 19th century and is still popular among the well-heeled, with Lake Garda offering a range of wellness and sporting facilities from fishing, hiking, climbing and biking to the best water sports in Europe.

Lake Garda is a 30-minute drive from Verona while the fashionable Milan, Italy’s second largest city, is two hours away. Developed by the Signa Group, Villa Eden Gardone is scheduled for completion by the end of this year.

The apartments cost €2.47 million ($3.08 million) while the villas are priced between €4.1 million and €15.63 million ($5.12 million and $19.51 million).
