Winter 2020
Gulf Craft, the UAE-based luxury yachts and leisure boats builder, will showcase its Majesty Yachts at the Dubai International Boat Show in March, following their successful showing in the 2020 Miami Yacht Show.
Designed to create a “oneness with the sea,” the yachts are distinguished by expansive deck areas and large indoor/outdoor fly-bridges; extendable balconies; fully equipped water sports garages; and beach clubs, where guests can be closer to the water. Spacious salons and generous entertainment areas framed by walls of seamless windows carry the feeling of openness to the interior, making it a signature feature of all Majesty Yachts.
Gulf Craft will showcase its Majesty 135, Majesty 120 and Majesty 100 at the show. The company, through Majesty Yachts USA, displayed its Majesty 140 and Majesty 100 at Miami. The yacht builder had earlier debuted the 140- and 100-ft superyachts to the American market in November to tremendous fanfare.
The company’s vertically integrated build methodology enables Majesty Yachts to provide outstanding quality, craftmanship and personalisation with the attractive benefit of timely delivery. At its Dubai location, Majesty Yachts employs 1,300 professional designers, expert engineers and skilled craftsmen from around the globe.
Majesty 140: The tri-deck superyacht features extensive glass side windows that draw in the sunlight and offer stunning panoramic views; opulently finished main deck, full beam owner’s stateroom with sweeping views, a private extendable balcony and en suite featuring a Jacuzzi tub.
Majesty 100: Gaining world-wide attention since its 2017 launch in Dubai, the Majesty 100 is characterised by its unique enclosed sky-lounge and a powerful yet efficient propulsion system.
Open-plan layout, lavish interiors and ample lounging areas including two folding balconies, four guest cabins and a full-beam master cabin have earned it a superyacht status. Timeless exterior styling and uncompromised engineering are finished with exquisite interior workmanship.
The Majesty 135: This yacht delivers on Gulf Craft’s long-standing reputation of providing the owner with a large sun deck, exceptional interior space utilisation and impressive on-board features, such as the folding balcony on the main deck seating area.
Majesty 120: This is the first-ever Majesty Yacht model to have its onboard equipment completely electrically powered and that no hydraulic systems will be used. The engines and generators will remain powered by conventional diesel methods. By doing so, Gulf Craft has created a noise-free environment as well as a more efficient construction process that leads to a care-free maintenance lifespan for every owner.
New Acting CEO
Meanwhile, Gulf Craft has appointed Abeer Alshaali as the acting chief executive officer as part of its restructuring process. Other appointments in the executive management see Nizar Tagi appointed as chief commercial officer (CCO) and Paul Gray as chief operating officer (COO).
The restructuring, as outlined by chairman Mohammed H Alshaali, aims to ensure continued growth.
“Following our debut in the US market in late 2019 and our aggressive development plan, we are empowering the shipyard through a team of experts who are able to solidify the new wave of yachting,” says Alshaali.
