Elegant Resorts is set to launch operations in the GCC market later this month.
The specialist luxury tour operator will also be opening an office in Dubai, UAE, later this year.
Launched 27 years ago in the UK, Elegant Resorts is devoted to luxury travel and, as experts in the field of tailor-making luxury holidays, is committed to excellence.
In February this year, the company was acquired by Saudi Arabia’s Al Tayyar Travel Group (ATG) for SR88 million ($23.4 million).
The acquisition represents a positive step forward in favour of Al Tayyar Group, taking into consideration that Elegant Resorts is a pioneering company in UK in the field of executing tour packages as well as outstanding holiday programmes worldwide.
Managing Director Michelle Sephton is thrilled about the expansion into the GCC market and says;
“Having been an integral part of the growth of the Elegant Resorts brand over the past 22 years, I am extremely excited to expand into the GCC and hopefully impress nationals and expatriates alike with our unrivalled luxury offering. We will endeavour to expand our strong position in the luxury market by staying true to our roots and providing trustworthy information and service, allowing our clients to enjoy their luxury holidays with confidence.”
Renowned for excellence, Elegant Resorts’ service starts from the moment its client registers on its website or calls one of its travel consultants.
“Our consultants prefer to speak to clients so that they can discover more about the type of luxury holiday they’re looking for, including their preferred airline, transfer options, room categories and the kind of facilities they require - a spa, children’s club, fitness centre or golf course, for example - whether they want direct access to a beach, and the kind of excursions they might want to participate in whilst they’re away,” she says. “This means that 100 per cent of their bookings are made via a personal touch and never online.”
“Furthermore, the long-term relationships our consultants enjoy with a select group of hotels, airlines and in-resort partners means that they can provide clients with exceptional offers, adding true value to their luxury holiday,” she adds.
