Form hiring private jets to arranging tickets to a London concert to booking an entire cinema for just one child, pleasing other people is all part of a day’s work for Sylvain Bunel, the General Manager at Harrods Estates Asset Management.
“At Harrods Estates Asset Management, we pride ourselves in offering the highest quality, most efficient concierge service, whether it be hiring a private jet, organising theatre tickets or simply collecting residents post,” explains Bunel. “The Harrods Estates Asset Management team are on hand 24 hours a day to assist.”
Shirley Humphrey, Director at Harrods Estates, comments: “Many clients prefer to live in a building which is managed by Harrods Estates Asset Management as they feel assured that they will receive the service excellence that they get from any division of the world famous Harrods department store.
“Having Harrods Estates Asset Management in a building adds a huge amount of value and cachet to a development and certainly enhances its appeal to people from around the world looking to own their perfect London home.”
Bunel adds: “Our aim is for each resident to walk into a Harrods Estates Asset Management managed building and we help them with their busy lives, whether it be a simple request like booking them a car or organising for their dry cleaning to be taken care of to bigger requests such as booking venues or helping to arrange parties.
“One request we had was a client wanted to take his son to see a film but he didn’t want anyone to see him there or bother him, so he asked us to book every seat in the cinema. We did and they had a lovely time! Most of our clients ask for everyday things to enable them to enjoy or focus on what matters most. For us it’s about delivering what our clients want and to surpass their expectations.”
