Summer 2015
Infiniti’s new Q70 sedan, featuring a fresh new design, improved ride comfort and intelligent safety technologies, is now available in the Middle East, following a June launch in Dubai, UAE.
The new luxury car is expected to be priced between $50,000-70,000, depending on the model, and to provide stiff competition to its rivals in its category.
“The new Q70 further raises the bar in the segment with a host of new improvements that is sure to offer a drive that is both exhilarating and rewarding. We are confident that the Q70 will offer a powerful alternative to customers in the region,” says Juergen Schmitz, Managing Director, Infiniti Middle East.
The 2016 Q70 is launched with the Excellence and Luxury Grade that features the Premium body design. As an added alternative, the Sport Grade is available with the Sport body design.
The Sport body design features a front bumper that gives an even lower and wider stance. The trapezoidal bumper intake and apron shape inspired from race car splitters give an athletic presence and bold impression. Black painted turn and fog finishers as well as the rear bumper finished in high-gloss black paint reinforce the sporty appearance.
The refined elegance of the Q70 takes on a new dramatic design which gives the premium sedan an even more upscale image. Its signature LED (light emitting diode) headlights are said to imply “inner intelligence and human insight, leaving an unforgettable impression”. The distinctive design accentuates the new double arch grille, which now takes on a more three-dimensional look due to the elaborate detail of the waved mesh finish and chrome surround.
At the rear, the new design of the tail lights creates a horizontal flow in motion while the high-quality lighting signature evokes a fresh and classy image. The top line of the trunk lid has been flattened while the rear bumper has been slimmed down to create a longer and lower visual impression.

The double overhead camshaft (DOHC) 24-valve engine combines hydraulic-controlled variable valve timing and electronically controlled variable valve lift on the intake side to help improve performance and response. Also available is the 5.6-litre V8 engine that delivers 402 hp at 6,000 rpm and 550 Nm of torque.
