Luxury residences at a new five-star resort in Bahrain are being offered on long-term lease to discerning residents in the kingdom.
International real estate consultancy Cluttons will be marketing the residences at the Lagoona Beach Luxury Resort & Spa, which is nestled on a beachfront, offering residents five-star facilities and access to a beach island with serene views.
The collection of 100 luxury apartments are available for long-lease and are said to be the first of their kind in Bahrain.
They form part of the Lagoona Beach Luxury Resort & Spa, which set to open in the fourth quarter of the year.
Residents will have access to privileges and round-the-clock services at the adjacent five-star hotel. In addition to the spacious accommodation and panoramic views of the Gulf, residents will enjoy access to the hotel’s dining and leisure facilities including a gym, four swimming pools (one indoor), mixed and ladies spas, water sports activities, and squash and tennis courts.
The will also have access to the beach island.
Residents will also benefit from 24-hour security and concierge service, twice-weekly house-keeping, internet and satellite TV.
The Lagoona Beach Luxury Resort & Spa Residences are located in Janabiyah, a five-minute drive from the King Fahd Causeway, with excellent connectivity to the rest of Manama. They offer a contemporary style with fully furnished studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, all available for long lease starting from BD500 ($1,235) per month.
Harry Goodson-Wickes, Head of Bahrain and Saudi Arabia for Cluttons, says: “The Lagoona Beach Luxury Resort & Spa Residences offer the complete lifestyle experience that simply isn’t available anywhere else in Bahrain. The appeal of the residences is that they offer a stylish solution for tenants seeking convenience combined with year-round refined living, not found in traditional residential environments. Beach access is extremely rare, and with their high-spec design, we expect the development to be in high demand, particularly as tenants continue to hone in on high-quality schemes that offer community living, which is rising in popularity, particularly amongst the expat population.”
