Samaco Automotive Company, the exclusive agent for Lamborghini cars in Saudi Arabia, has announced that its sales for 2020 increased by 20% over 2019 figures.
Sales of Urus accounted for 71% of the total sales of the Saudi market, it said.
Samaco Automotive also announced the early arrival of 2021 Urus models in its showrooms in Saudi Arabia to support and enhance the success story of the prestigious Lamborghini brand in the Saudi market.
Neil Lines, General Manager for the Lamborghini brand at Samaco, expressed his delight regarding the achievements and said: "The Urus evokes the Lamborghini heritage in combination with the innovation that is synonymous with the brand. It is unique in this segment, and it has exceeded our expectations. We expect the continued success of this important model in the Lamborghini range."
He added that Samaco Automotive Company will launch during the first quarter of 2021 one of its sports icons, the Huracan STO, the car that is based on a true story, which is the transition from the racetrack to the city roads.
"We are also pleased to announce to our Lamborghini customers that a new service centre has opened in Riyadh that ensures excellent service for Lamborghini owners in Saudi Arabia," he said.
