Bentley’s luxury interiors and home furnishings brand is to fit out beachfront residences on one of the islands at The World in Dubai, UAE.
Called ‘Sweden’, the island is part of a cluster of six called The Heart of Europe which again forms part of the man-made archipelago of islands built to resemble a map of the word, off the coast of Dubai.
European real estate giant Kleindienst, which is developing The Heart of Europe, has signed the agreement with Bentley Home to furnish luxury beachfront residences at ‘Sweden’.
This is the first luxury real estate project in Dubai to be furnished by Bentley Home and the developer says it is “thrilled to be bringing such a prestigious and iconic European brand to the UAE”.
The Heart of Europe is made up of Sweden, Germany, Monaco, Main Europe, Switzerland and St Petersburg Island.
Synonymous with the very best of European designs, culture and heritage, The Heart of Europe will be dedicated to providing visitors with a truly unique and authentic European leisure and lifestyle experience, according to the developer.
Each luxury Sweden villa will feature exclusive high-end home interiors provided by Bentley Home, the luxury furnishing and interiors brand of the British luxury carmaker.
Bentley furniture is inspired by the craftsmanship and material selection that characterise and follow the design philosophy of Bentley car interiors.
The new Bentley Home Collection combines traditional and modernist designs with a little spirit of the British gentleman driver which the Bentley Motors is renowned for.
Designed by famous architect Carlo Colombo, the design of each sumptuous seven-bedroom residence is inspired by the beautifully crafted and intricate structure of inverted Swedish Viking vessels. The roof of each majestic villa resembles the upturned hull of a Viking ship and inside each luxury abode, a stylish interior unfolds. Synonymous with high-end details, stunning design features and functionality, each Sweden Villa offers the very best in modern Scandinavian living.
Special features include snow and sauna rooms, floor-to-ceiling windows, exclusive finishes and fit-outs, expansive balconies, a gym and spa, a private infinity pool and landscaped gardens.
Each villa will be finished to the highest quality specifications throughout and feature a state-of-the-art party and chill-out floor.
Excavation has commenced on Sweden Island and concrete work is about to begin. The first villa will be fitted out and furnished during the first quarter of 2016. The remaining nine Sweden villas will be completed by December 31, 2016, in time for a Swedish-themed New Year’s Eve extravaganza on the island.
