Luxury real estate developer Damac Properties has unveiled seven exclusive Bugatti-styled homes at one of its projects under way in Dubai, UAE.
Called Ettore 971, the limited edition Bugatti villas are the first of their kind in the world will be launched at Cityscape Global exhibition, which opens in Dubai on September 8.
Priced in the region of Dh36 million ($9.8 million), the villas will take pride of place within the 55 million-sq-ft Akoya Oxygen master development, overlooking the Trump World Golf Club, Dubai.
Ettore 971 is named after Ettore Bugatti, the founder of the renowned French luxury super sports car brand Bugatti and ‘971’ signifying the international code for the UAE.
The seven-bedroom villas are conceptualised by the designers of the world’s fastest street-legal production car, the iconic 1,200hp Bugatti Veyron, and stylishly reflect its distinctive curved front.
The design also includes an indoor vehicle display area, with glass panels through to the living quarters.
“The Ettore 971 Bugatti-styled villas at Akoya Oxygen are the true expression of ultimate luxury living,” says Ziad El Chaar, Managing Director, Damac Properties.
“We know that many of our loyal customers are huge fans of the Bugatti super sports car brand and the opportunity to live in the world’s first villas styled in Bugatti’s design language featuring key codes of the brand’s DNA is a unique opportunity to experience this fantastic brand in a whole new way.”
“The added touch of being able to see your car from many areas of the living quarters adds to the immersive design incorporated throughout these truly luxurious homes,” he added.
The Bugatti Veyron holds two world speed records, for the fastest production road car reaching a top speed of 431 km per hour in 2010 and for the fastest production roadster driving 408 km per hour with the roof off in 2013.
“We are delighted to be working with Damac Properties on these unique living concepts, which reflect the key design codes of the Bugatti brand,” says Massimiliano Ferrari, Managing Director of Bugatti Brand Lifestyle. “The Bugatti is recognised as the most beautiful and powerful super sports car on the road and we believe the Ettore 971 Bugatti-styled villas will soon have the same reputation in their respective market.”
The Ettore 971 villas will be located in a private environment within the main Akoya Oxygen development, each with views across the Trump World Golf Club, Dubai. Akoya Oxygen has quickly earned a reputation as one of the most desirable communities under development in Dubai, with a championship-standard golf course designed by world-famous golfer Tiger Woods, the Vista Lux luxury retail and entertainment strip, and the region’s first rainforest.
Damac Properties is at Cityscape Global which will run from September 8 to 10 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, on stand S3-B10 in Sheikh Saeed Hall 3. It will have a Bugatti Veyron Super Sports on its stand, complete with a layout of how the design of the Ettore 971 Bugatti-styled villas will look.
