Chopard reopens Bahrain boutique

Swiss watch and jewellery brand Chopard has reopened its boutique at the Ritz-Carlton hotel in Bahrain.

The boutique exhibits the house’s latest design concept in a warm and intimate atmosphere designed by the famous French architect Thierry Despont.

By using light-toned white oak wood, opulent leathers, silk and precious velvet, Despont has maintained the plush, comfortable charm of the boutique, while modernising it to create the feeling of visiting a beautiful private home with well-defined areas accommodating jewellery, watches and accessories as well as focusing on a sense of intimacy to enable customers to stroll around the stores in a relaxing manner.

Each detail of these points of sale has been thought through in conjunction with Caroline Scheufele, Co-president and Artistic Director of Chopard.

“With these environments, we want to encourage our clients to discover the multiple facets of the Chopard universe,” Scheufele said.

The new boutique welcomes and invites guests to enjoy the beauty of Chopard collections for ladies and gents in a luxury ambiance.

This boutique is located in the shopping arcade of the hotel considered one of the best Bahrain luxury resorts.

Adbul Qassim Shirazi, Managing Director at Bahrain Jewellery Centre, stated: “The reopening of this renovated boutique embodies our commitment to continuously offer a unique luxurious experience to our clientele and is symbolic of our enduring partnership with Chopard.”

The first Chopard boutique was opened in Hong Kong in 1983. By 1998, there were 15 points of sale. Since then, the house development has been steadily accelerated. The Chopard Group is currently represented in 130 countries through 1,400 points of sale and 165 dedicated boutiques, located in the world’s major capitals and in the finest shopping centres.
