Accor, a world-leading augmented hospitality group, has signed a new Fairmont property in Saudi Arabia on the Ajdan Waterfront development at Al Khobar in the Eastern Province.
Featuring 160 rooms and serviced apartments besides four dining outlets and meeting rooms that can accommodate large social and corporate events, the new Fairmont Ajdan Al Khobar is set to open its doors in 2023.
In addition to the rooms, the hotel will also feature a Gold Lounge, a Fairmont Spa, a fitness area, a swimming pool, and a kids club.

The hospitality group is partnering with Ajdan Real Estate Development Company, the lifestyle focus, internationally award-winning developer. This come as part of its plan to expand its luxury footprint in Saudi Arabia.
"Our values rest on promoting social transformation, helping to enrich lives, and driving forward the Saudi 2030 vision. We couldn’t think of a better partner than Accor to join our vision and develop the Fairmont hotel on Ajdan," remarked Abdullah AlFozan, the Chairman of Ajdan Real Estate Development Company.
"This prestigious destination is known to be one of the most desirable leisure attractions for visitors and residences of the Eastern Province in Saudi Arabia," noted AlFozan.
