Fabergé has expanded its Game of Thrones High Jewellery Capsule Collection with a new ring, adding to the continued success of the Faberge x Game of Thrones collaboration.
In November 2022, Fabergé had unveiled its partnership with the hit TV series Game of Thrones by launching a High Jewellery Capsule Collection. These limited-edition high jewellery creations were perfect heirlooms for collectors wanting to acquire modern-day memorabilia that combines the zeitgeist of oen of the most successful television shows in history with the timelessness and superior craftsmanship of a Fabergé piece.
Fabergé’s Head of Design, Liisa Tallgren, says: “The Fabergé x Game of Thrones ‘Dragon’ High Jewellery capsule collection presents different aspects of the mythical creatures, and documents their journey in the series alongside Daenerys. From skeletal designs that reference the dragon skeletons housed in a vault in the Red Keep in King’s Landing, through to creations which showcase Gemfields’ Mozambican rubies to hint that the dragons are back and alive, ready to breathe fire. The crescendo of ‘Chapter One: Dragon’ is a design which spotlights a row of diamonds and rubies which metaphorically burst into flames, showcasing that the dragons are back and full of life”.
The Fabergé x Game of Thrones white gold diamond and ruby dragon skeleton ring comes in 18k white and rose gold and includes: 212 round cut white diamonds (total weight 2.81cts VS); 5 pear cut white diamond (total weight 0.93cts VS); 1 pear shaped Gemfields Mozambique ruby (weight 1.03ct); and 1 round Gemfields Mozambique ruby (weight 0.02ct).
