In one year's time, on February 6, 2026, the world's attention will turn to the Opening Ceremony of the Olympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026. As Official Timekeeper of the Olympic Games since 1932, OMEGA marks this milestone with the introduction of the Seamaster 37 mm Milano Cortina 2026, a timepiece that celebrates the enduring design legacy of an iconic collection.
OMEGA's Olympic journey spans more than nine decades of precision timekeeping. The brand has served as Official Timekeeper since the Los Angeles 1932 Games, developing pioneering technologies that have revolutionised sports timing.
This special edition combines classic elements of the iconic Seamaster design with modern craftsmanship. The symmetrical case, crafted in 18K Moonshine Gold, presents refined proportions enhanced by a polished finish and distinctive hexagonal crown – design elements that echo the original Seamaster Olympic timepieces.
At the heart of the timepiece, a pristine white Grand Feu enamel dial creates an elegant stage for sculptured 18K Moonshine Gold hour markers. Diamond-polished and facetted 18K gold dauphine hands, complement transferred markings executed in grey Petit Feu enamel, including the signature Seamaster typography and minute track.
"This timepiece represents our Olympic excellence since Los Angeles," says Raynald Aeschlimann, President and CEO of OMEGA. "While the Seamaster 37 mm design has remained remarkably consistent since the Melbourne 1956 Games, our timekeeping technology has continuously evolved."
Inside, the self-winding Co-Axial Master Chronometer Calibre 8807, demonstrates OMEGA's excellence in precision, performance and magnetic resistance guaranteed by the Master Chronometer certification, with tests certified by the Swiss Federal Institute of Metrology (METAS).
The Olympic connection is celebrated through a commemorative medallion on the polished caseback featuring the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympics logo. The timepiece is presented on a brown leather strap with matching leather lining and a polished 18K Moonshine Gold buckle.
